I am sorry I do not fully understand what it is you wish to achieve here.

If you wish to see what your CPU is booting in at frequency wise then you could I guess simply add CPUz into your start up folder and each time CPUz will load on boot. That will tell you what your frequency is.

If you are trying to do something else please rephrase the outcome you wish to achieve and I will try and help you.

I am looking for a application that at start up boots to display the usage of the individual cpu cores.

I have seen them before i not really looking for a gadget but and application something more for expert users to monitor the cpu. Ai suit 2 would be perfect if i could get it to open on start up and show the cpu frequency monitor. Thanks for the responses.

I would consider myself reasonably competent as a PC user and tend not to use AISuite 2 for anything.

Core Temp is used by many experts too, as is HWmonitor that has some nifty add ons that allow the data to show in your taskbar.
