I may be in the minority, but I cannot stand all the bloatware in Windows 11, including the Xbox Experience which is confusing to use. If it's not broke, don't change it! Steam Deck in full screen mode is far better. No I don't want to use Bazzite Windows 10 is great.
I've put Windows 10 on both the Rog Ally and ROG Ally X, and while I had to manually install all of the drivers, and had 3 Micro SD card ports replaced on the original Ally and a screen on the ally x due to their first gen case not protecting the device in a backpack. Glad they fixed this with the Xbox ally case.
I'm using Armory Crate 2.1.10.0 and about half of Armory Crate works, a few things crash when you try to access the sections
General shows nothing
Calibration fully works
Audio crashes Armory Crate
Keyboard Shortcuts work
Performance shows nothing until you press a button
AuraSync works
GameVisual works
Feedback Hub works
Update Center works
Lighting crashes
Connection shows nothing unless you press a button
Battery Care works
Posting this to raise awareness and to give people upgrading to Windows 10 a heads up that it DOES work, but don't expect Aura Lighting or Command Center to work, so you can change settings like power consumption but more difficult to turn features off and you have to use MSI Afterburner in order to show FPS or temps
Hopefully a future Armory Crate allows it to fully work with Windows 10, but if Asus has no idea how it works they can't fix it.
