Windows freezing until hard reset

Hey I've been having an issue with my pc freezing randomly, and the only way to fix it is holding the power button.
I nailed it down to it only happening with armoury crate installed, specifically when my rog ryujin 360 is detected.
Is there any fix for this except for removing armoury crate?

Gigabyte aorus elite v2
rog strix rtx 2060
amd 5600x
rog ryujin 360
16gb patriot viper ddr 4 ram @ 4000mhz

I have a very similar issue, yet somewhat different. My PC always froze on start-up and lasted for about 1 minute until PC resumed as normal.

Just had to remove Armoury Crate and it's associated components like you. PC has stopped freezing, I have tried to solve this issue for countless months with different methods and it always takes me back to Armoury Crate, hope this is resolved soon by ASUS but I don't feel confident. Bumping here so that the others may see this.
