Version 5.0.10.0 theme problem

What happened to the theme in version 5.0.10.0? After the update, I see what is on the screenshots. I choose any theme in the settings - everything is the same. Tried reinstalling, the situation does not change.

Previously there was a beautiful red theme. An example on the last screen (123.jpg).

My laptop GA503QS-HQ021T.

i have the same problem with theme and freeze after switch on Aura Wallpapers.
PS: my laptop G513QM

In version 5.0.11.0 same.

Something like this has *got* to be from temp files or prefetch files out of sync. The problem is it will not be fixed by clearing temp files and prefetch files if the softwarre is running. Currently my favorite pc tune up step other than clicking automatic maintenance, is to put the pc in a completely clean boot per the guide at tenforums.com and then do your disk cleanup/storage cleanup of temp files AND removing prefetch files. I think if you do that and go back to normal configuration first before resetting the ARmoury Crate App you might be lucky. Worst case reinstall.

And I have never had the problem you describe on 5..10 or 11.

CAUTION! There are tasks that need to be disabled too or you will get some error message in clean boot. See my clean boot method here https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?126019-Jimbo%92s-uninstall-procedure-for-a-problem-free-re...

Per this link above leave the identified asus services in the clean boot method enabled, Use autoruns to disable 3rd party tasks. The error messages will not permanently hurt anything if the tasks try to run but safer to disable the third party tasks and leave asuscertservice and asus com svc enabled.

Hello. Sorry that did not improve anything. I guess it could be that certain hardware, like certain notebooks where the issue only shows. Very odd though.

On version Version 5.0.11.0 same! I completely delete armoury crate using "Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool Version 2.0.1.0", I delete all service and folder. I try Installing with admin acc "Run as Administrator". I didn't get any errors while installing.

I think I've tried everything possible. Is there support on this forum? What to do with it?

This is happening on my ROG Crosshair VIII Formula X570 as well after the software updated, running under Windows 11. I can't get it to install on my Zenith II Extreme so can't say there.
