Hey everyone,
I just updated to Windows 11 24h2 and, after the update, I got a pop up asking if I wanted to install Armory Crate (which I already had installed).
Thinking it was some sort of update I clicked yes. The problem is that not it opens a window saying "Installing..." with a bar that doesn't move everytime I boot up my computer.
How do I get rid of this?
Thanks in advance

Good question... nothing is written in the manual because the bios should be 'easy' to set... it only distinguishes between easy mode and advanced mode which is where I find the tools and the Armory crate setting. My motherboard is an Asus B760 plus Wi-Fi

You go to advanced F7 then Tool then change Asus Armory Crate to disable, then F10 save and reset. Will not erase setting you do before

Many thanks!

I also installed Windows 11 24H2 a couple of days ago when it came up in windows update. On the first boot up post installation I got the message asking if I wanted to install armory crate even though it is already installed. I clicked no and have not had the message again on booting into windows. My installation of Armory crate is unchanged and it seems to be working fine. I did not need to change anything in the BIOS.

It's definitely a Microsoft issue because I noticed it reset all my settings in Bulk Image Downloader and logged me out of it.

Hi again. Today I received a repair update of version 24H2 via Windows Update. But it did not affect our problem. If I have ArmoryCrate enabled in Bios, the installation will come up and hang.
Now I have AC 5.9.13.0 installed.
Installed AC yesterday by creating a new local account on the computer and got AC via the Microsoft store. There were 2 installations that both hung at 100% but when restarted it started. Then I did a cold start again and I was back to square 1 again on all accounts. Windows repair or that AC 5.9.13.0 is on the disk did not help. Disable AC in the bios helps
I haven't had any problems with Win11 24H2 or Armoury Crate 5.9.13.0 otherwise.
