Unable to update FanXpert (error code: 238) Armoury crate

So I'm trying to update my drivers in Armoury crate but I just get this message: "Sorry, we cannot finish the installation. please restart the system and retry. (error code: 238)" Can anybody help?

No changes, or recent updates that correct the current problems, you can see the previous comments and test form of "Resolution" not final solution! And it may or may not work on all hardware!

A ver si lo solucionan pronto porque es un problema grave y molesto yo probé de todo y nada funciona solo lleno pc de errores Asus ponte las pilas en debe agregar mascotas soluciona problema con Armory a ver si lo lee alguien de Asus

Si no lo solucionan pronto os devuelvo la Z690 Hero y Asus Strix 4090 y que os den por culo me compro la de Msi que su aplicación funciona muxo mejor

if your having issues, visit https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/ , select " show all" and download "Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool" and  "Armoury Crate Full Installation Package"

using the remove tool, remove the armoury crate installation, reboot,

use the "Armoury Crate Full Installation Package" previously downloaded and install, in the installer select the "all mb" and "fanexpert" options and proceed with install, reboot when finished ( dont update yet!),

once rebooted open armoury crate and update the "device & component" section ( not the armoury crate one at the top) once installed reboot 

after reboot open armoury crate and install the armoury crate update, reboot and recheck there maybe one more update for "user improvement experience"

after installing this way i found fanexpert in armoury crate worked when using the smaller install for armoury crate the registry key "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ASUS\ArmourySDK\AiSuiteSDK , version gets stuck at 0.00.00.

but even this doesnt fix the fluctuating temps in the info section when armoury crate polls for updates etc tbh easiest is set manual fan speeds in bios and just drop AC altogether
