Unable to Update Fan Xpert

Hello,

I have small problem with the fan expert. Every time I try to acces the Fan Expert I get the messege.
Prerequisite Update. You must first update your device to continue.
Than I have to options "Check for Update" or "Update Now"  what both redirect me to the Update page of the armory crate.

But on the Update page the Fan Xpert is not listed at all.
So I cannot update the Fan Xpert so I am stuck, with the message every time I try to enter the Fan Expert.
I cannot find on the Internet to download the Fan Xpert separately, so that I can update manually.

How can at Fan Xpert to update page or update it manually?

Update:
It also does not pull all the devices in the device tab. 
If I run ROGLiveServiceSetup.exe all the devices are shown and all the devices and components are alls shown in the update tab.
But I have to run that every time before I open Armory Crate. 

Does anyone has has a solution for this.?
I already tried to reinstall Armory Crate and dit not work.

Would it be an idea to make an service out of ROGLiveServiceSetup.exe? So that it everytime the PC starts the ROGLiveServiceSetup.exe is executed or could that give more problems when I update Armory Core form example?

When removing AC, did you use the correct app uninstall method?

I ment RLSSetup and not ROGLiveServiceSetup.exe. Does this mean that it does not succesfull fetch all the components and devices? I haven't used the unstalling tool to uninstall Armory Crate. Should I try it again with the unstalling tool? I will also at my issue to the report thread.
