Hello everyone, today when I turned on my PC I realized that the RGB on the board did not turn on in the color that I had it and turned on green with white and the color remains static. I've tried to do everything and nothing works, I even uninstalled armoury crate and reinstalled it and nothing. Someone who can help me solve the problem attached evidence:448310346_448879314660650_5089787219426341828_n.jpg

You can sit and wait, if you expect ASUS to solve the PROBLEM, if you don't ask for it, you're fixed, I have chosen NOT TO UPDATE and stay on VERSION 5.8.9.0 and only update THE COMPONENTS, and put above all in the Microsoft Store the updates OFF so that ARMOURY CREATE is not updated automatically. In a THREAD of mine I explain how to stay on the previous VERSION AND NOT UPDATE TO 5.9.4.0.

Two weeks ago, I did some update inside Armoury Crate and ever since none of the ARGB lights on my case fans or ARGB lights on my CPU fans work when I turn on my pc.

I have to turn on pc, login, open Windows 11 Settings, find Armoury Crate in the installed apps, and click the 3 dots.

There is an option for advanced options. I have to click that and then click repair, reset and terminate.

If I only click repair, it does not work. Clicking reset and terminate. Nope. Does not work.

It only works when I click repair, reset, terminate and then I have to completely shut down my pc.

After I shut down and power back up, all the lighting in my system works again.

It is super frustrating because it worked flawlessly for 9 months and then one update 2 weeks ago screwed everything up!!!!

You might be able to try this method.

I have not tried to clear cache inside Armoury Crate. I am debating trying at this point. Anything easier then what I have to do above would be better.

Hope the fix comes out soon.

My solution was this (see the LINK) since ASUS and Armory Creator completely ignore the problems they create.

I assure you that everything works wonderfully for me, read everything I put without skipping anything, even the IMAGES (Very important)

How can I get Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2???

If ASUS has not modified your motherboard on its download page, in the Armory Create download, download it, unzip the download, enter the unzipped folder and there will be another folder Armory Create 3.2.11.2. If you don't get that one, ASUS HAS RUN in modifying that installation application, so that UNTIL 5.9.4.0 is installed, if it is the same 3.2.11.2, ..... 5.8.9.0 will be installed

I have it from last week!!!

So I should only update the products under Armoury Crate and not Armoury Crate itself, correct??

You mentioned something about the Windows Store - I did not really understand that part - did you mean that I should NOT update the ASUS Windows Dynamic Lighting Plug-in???

Or, did you actually mean not to update Armoury Crate from inside the Windows Store?? Because I have never updated Armoury Crate that way before.

Let me know.

Thanks again!

I have exactly the same problem, I updated Armoury Crate drivers today and since then my motherboard will not show up in devices anymore. I've since disabled RGBs on the motherboard just to turn it off because since it disappeared it simply went back to the default rainbow colors which I hate.

I realized that when he did the same thing, and I was fed up with the useless Armouty Create updates and poor user service on the part of ASUS and the Armoury developer, I racked my brain to LOOK FOR A SOLUTION. Which is what I explained a few days ago, and it works very well for me.
