SUPPORT HELP: AC 6.3.4.0 very slow loading of Devices panel

Armoury Crate takes ~5 min (!!) of "Loading..." to populate the panel after I click on my Device G834JY when I launch AC first time after a reboot. If I try multiple times, it's a bit faster and takes "only" 2 min next times I run AC.

Expected behaviour: when I click on my device it shouldn't take more then a bunch of secs to display all options, not 2-5mins.

Please, isolate and fix this bug for ROG STRIX SCAR 18 (2023) users. Attached my AC logs.

Same thing here on my G18 2024.

Mmh, interesting... I have 537 files in there indeed.

Must be a bug anyway since the same action on old AC 5.9.13.0 didn't take so long.
