Since I got my ASUS computer, ASUS Armoury Crate crashes at computer startup often, but not every time.   I have version 6.1.13.0.  ASUS needs to fix this.  I even contacted an ASUS customer relations person and that person did not resolve the issue.  These are the crashes in the Microsoft Windows 11 Reliability Monitor:

I updated Armoury Crate from version 6.1.13.0 to 6.1.18.0, but the Armoury Crate crashes at computer startup continue.  I also updated the motherboard firmware and fan XPERT.

ASUS Armoury Crate is still crashing often at computer startup after the latest update 6.2.7.0.  ASUS needs to fix this and stop releasing new versions until it is fixed!

you can do nothing about this error-bug..only ASUS can fix it...sometimes it appears to my PC as well...it is nothing to worry about...it is just a bug

I do worry about this error.  Since I got my computer, the Windows 11 Reliability Monitor most of the time has a terrible score.  I know that I cannot fix it and that ASUS would have to fix it.  I gave my ASUS G700 computer 3 out 5 stars because of this constant crash and other crashes on both the Best Buy web site and the ASUS web site.  Maybe ASUS should care that I lowered the number of stars for the product.  Someone from ASUS actually responded to my review on the ASUS web site but did not bother to get the issue fixed, told me to uninstall it and reinstall it, and instead blamed me for the problem.  I reported this issue today by filling out the Google form for bug reports for ASUS Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0.  I do not see any ASUS employee responses from this post, so hopefully posting a bug report will get the attention of ASUS.

I have the same problem, uninstalled and reinstalled the app unfortunately without success.  When shutting down PC, I always get an error message related to Armoury Crate. Asus Support has not shown any reaction to my email.
