Scope 96 Wireless not available in Aura Sync since Update. Windows Dynamic Light Issue?

Hello ,

yesterday i updated my Asus hardware as shown in the armory crate software.

After the update everything works fine except my Scope 96 Wireless.

It is recognized in the app but it's grey out in the aura creator tool.

Beside that it is the only device that is available in the new dynamic light setting that windows 11 has.

I already turned off the dynamic light control but the problems is still there.

here you can see that the keyboard is recognized but i cant select it in the aura creator app.

So i asume that it has something to do with the dynamic light support from windows 11. the scope 96 seems to be one of the few keyboards that are already supported.

I'm getting the same with my ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless keyboard. I can't say for certain, but I suspect something with the ROG Omni Receiver. I notice you're able to select your ROG Harpe Ace, I'm not able to select mine.

I sent a log to the dev team, I feel sure it will be addressed with an update.

so it seems to be a problem with the wireless devices.

But as you say,my mouse works fine.

Do you see a fault description if you go over to the exclamation mark besides the scope or harpe in aura creator ?

In my case it isn't shown any description what ist wrong,why it isn't available.

When I hover over the exclamation point, it says "This device will soon be supported. Stay tuned!"

Hello Flam3Haz3,

To use Armoury Crate and Aura Creator, turn off the Windows Dynamic Lighting control.

Windows shows my ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless as the ROG Omni Receiver.

The ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless is now showing in Aura Creator for me, but the ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab edition mouse is not.

same problem for me. A strange things that happened to me is that on my laptop i can SOMETIMES have the keyboard available with no issues on aura crator/armoury crate (windows 10) and on my new PC wich run windows 11 with Dynamic Lighting control it wont work

Well, it seems I'm back in the same boat with you, today it's showing this for me.

I'll see if there is anything I can do to get it to select in Aura Creator.
