Scar 18 Screen keeps resetting after AC update

After the recent Armoury Crate Update(5.9.4.0) my MiniLed mode keeps switching to the one zone mode every time I open Armoury Crate or boot my laptop despite the UI setting saying Multi-Zone Strong.
