ROGLiveService update fails

Hello,

I'm trying to use Aura Creator, but it keeps telling me to update Armoury Crate.

I'm using the latest version of Armoury Crate (5.9.4.0) but I can see there are other  updates in the "Update Centre".

When I click the button to update it, it says it's preparing to install, and then It tells me "installation failed".

AsusUpdate.exe is whitelisted in windows defender.

I have tried a fresh install of Armoury Crate, but I get the same issue.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

I have exactly the same issue trying to update MDBII ... Looking at the logs on my Firewall I can see multiple events similar to the following:

url="http://rog-live-service.asus.com/service/update2" referer="" error="Timeout while reading response from Server" authtime="0" dnstime="219" aptptime="210" cattime="207" avscantime="3046" fullreqtime="60374886" device="0" auth="0" ua="Asus Update/1.3.107.117;winhttp"

Looks like there is an issue with the back end update services.

Same issue, MBDII v0.0.10.11 doesnt update. AsusUpdate.exe does not update even though I have given permission from Windows Defender, it is failed. Please fix this.

Plus, My RAM has disappeared in iCue software & Aura Creator keeps telling me there's a new version which requires Amoury Crate to be updated.  This also means the lighting on my RAM is in default mode constantly now.
