I can't upload gifs to the Rog Ryujin III anymore. It gets stuck at 0% and then eventually fails after about 20 minutes.
I did the following:
- Uninstall using the armoury crate uninstall tool
- Turned off my pc
- Drained the power (Unplug power, hold power button for 30 seconds)
- Re-installed
- Then updated armoury crate.
I wasted hours doing this multiple times.
I can see the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ArmouryDevice\View\externalFiles\aio\RYUJIN_III_WHITE_EDITION but it doesn't ever show up in armoury crate.
I've read this issue come up multiple times since 2024. I've read responses from staff saying that the team has been notified but this issue still exists today.
