ROG Fusion II 500 drive update fails when installing

Just bought them, plugged them in everything is good, sound was good mic was good, saw i can update their drivers and ofcourse clicked update... update failed, sound is good but the mic is not working anymore and ofcourse the update still fails everytime i start it. I restarted pc, unplugged plugged, reinstalledthe device itself reinstalled armoury and still does the same, if anyone else had this issue do they have a fix ?

Same, I still can't use the microphone.Anyone else had the same problem, but has it been resolved? This thing is driving me crazy.

I app managed to “fix” it, its really stupid tho. The only thing i did was to plug it into another usb and it worked afterwards

I also tried connecting headphones to the phone. But the microphone is not working,Did the update damage our hardware or what?
