Rog Fusion II 500 doesn't appear in Armoury Crate v.5.8.9.0

As the title says, my recently bought Asus Headset ROG FUSION II 500 doesn't show up in the Armoury crate devices so I am unable to change the audio and microphone settings and the RGB lightning.

I tried to Uninstall Armoury with the Uninstaller and do a clean Installation but nothing changed, i tried both USB C and the normal USB A but nothing changed any tips or help?

Bro, today I reinstalled Windows 10 and encountered the same problem. Or ROG FUSION II 500 Armory is seen only in console mode. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Armory Crate many times and it didn't help.
