ROG delta headset S-1003 error message

Hi

yesterday I tries to change my ROG delta headset setting through the device and aura sync tab.

But it keep showing me the S-1003 error and no matter how time I tries reloading it, is keep giving the same error message.

I tries uninstalling and reinstalling, but is not working for it.

I not sure how can I get fix this error page.
