RGB LED Strip and Fans Not Working Properly

Hi all,

I have a section in the sync'd devices of  Armoury Crate called Addressable LED Strip which controls the fans and LED Strips.  However, when I use the Aura Effects to change the static color to pink for instance, my LED Strips and fan colors stay on Red.  If I change the static color to teal, the LED Strips and fans stay on Green.  

Even if I click on Rainbow mode, the LED Strips and fans cycle between red and green instead of the full rainbow spectrum.  The other devices (memory, motherboard, cooling) all react properly to my changes but these LED Strips and fans do not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

same thing have been happening to me for more than a month now.

Colour purple and rainbow not working showing fans and cooling  with red colour only.
and led memory strips are showing colours / lagging behind. They used to lag behind previously / one of them turn green or not work. If anything works let me know as well !
 Red / Adaptive colour / green are the only one properly working on my end.

Sounds really similar to my situation indeed.  I'm still researching but haven't found any solution yet unfortunately.  All my lights used to work perfectly with armoury crate so I'm not sure what changed as I'm still using the same software.

My keyboard lights and surround lights have ALL stopped working for no reason. Tried forever with uninstalling AC, reinstalling, as I found on a JayRos user thread, and still nothing. I thought my Alienware had issues... at least they tried to help when issues came up. ASUS should do more regarding posting instructions to repair basic functions. Be glad your lights at least still turn on. Might be returning this if I can't fix it soon.

Yeah I haven't been able to find help from ASUS regarding this issue yet.  I've tried other rgb controlling software as well such as signal rgb but it doesn't seem to work either

Is there a way to download an earlier version of Armoury Crate?  Maybe that would fix the RGB issues.
