Hello,
I need your help to fix this issue:
I have recently built a computer with the following configuration:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Motherboard: Asus TUF gaming B850-plus wifi
GPU: Asus TUF gaming AMD Radeon 9070 XT
Monitor: Asus TUF gaming VG3A series 34 inch
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32gb 6000Mhz CL30
OS: Windows 11 pro
Corsair iCue with Asus plugin and Asus Armoury Crate installed to control the RGB lights of the motherboard and GPU.
The rest of the components inculding fans, case and CPU cooler are Corsair iCue link compatible.
Everything works fine but sometimes, when I restart the PC from Windows, it stops, an orange led lights up on the motherboard ad the monitor displays "no-signal".
If I unistall Armoury Crate the problem disappears but this way I can't control the RGB on the GPU and motherboard.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
Thanks.
Anto

Hi I think sometimes those two programs hate each other. LOL. Did you try clean-installs of both software? Making sure the program you want controlling the device is set in the correct order? Do you use winndows dynamic lighting? I would assume you don't but make sure it's turned off. What is the number next to the light on the MB? Check the SDK settings in icue as well.

Hi, I tried reinstalling those softwares several times but it didn't work. My motherboard doesn't have a numeric display for errors, only the lights (the orange led means a DRAM issue). I have already contacted Corsair Support ad they said that the issue I'm experiencing is a conflict between iCue and Armoury Crate but they didn't told me how to fix it apart from unistalling Armoury Crate. Is there something I can do to fix this without unistalling Armnoury Crate so that I can control the RGBs on the GPU and MB?
Thanks

I have tried a million times to get it to act right. I honestly just gave up. I did the troubleshooting a million times. My issue was that the SDK never really worked right. Did you look into software like signal rgb? That will control all of it no problem. I'll mess around myself this morning.

any luck?

I turned off SDK and Game SDK in iCue, now I'm testing it to see if it works.
Thanks.

After a lot of restarts it seems to work, disabling SDK in iCue appears to have solved the issue.
Thanks
