ReferenceError custommask is Not Defined

I cant figure out what tro do with this. i got my mouse yesterday and now its saying "ReferenceError custommask is Not Defined" when im trying t o edit the thew setting on thze mouse anyone know a fix?

Yeah I got you bro. 1. Reseted the mouse to factory settings. 2. Uninstalled the mouse software not armory crate just the Harpe software along with the dongle it came with. 3. Reset your pc. 4. Reinstall your mouse software via armory crate and updates for the dongle and restart your pc. This is what worked for me.

Is that solution holding up for you? That worked for me once and then I had the same problem the very next day.

My issue hasn’t returned yet. Maybe try it again and instead of using armory crate try using armory gear once you uninstall it.

Yes, I have no issues still. Btw, I also updated my mouse software.
