Problems CPU FAN, FAN XPERT 4

The problem still remains acutal even after updating on Armoury Crate 6.1.18.0

After updating Fan xpert, the ability to set a very quiet mode (there was a checkbox) in which the CPU cooler speed was below 1000 was lost. Before the update, the minimum CPU cooler speed was 600, now even after the new auto-tuning the speed is more than 1000 I tried to make a new auto-tuning, turn the toggle switch on and off with a reboot, it did not help. Now my coolers are very noisy and do not drop below 1000 revolutions. Is it possible to get the previous version of the software or solve this problem?

I noticed there is no reply.  I have the same issue.  Ever since the last update (which redesigned the whole app), my fans are stuck at a minimum of 1000 rpm (which makes my previously silent rig, far from silent) for 'CPU Fan'.  The Chassis Fan 1 works fine as before but the CPU fan is stuck within a range of 0% at 1136rpm and 100% at 1222rpm.

I got to get this off my chest.  This entire Armoury Crate is just utter bloatware cr*p and it has been like this for years.  The app (latest version) has options on the bottom you can't even scroll to, the fans and RGB settings are buggy.  I always hate opening up Armour Crate (I have to sometimes because the RGB lights stuff up from time to time) because you can't change anything without updating to the latest version and often an update screws something up, as is the case again this time around.

Same issue here: the previous update completely killed the Fan Xpert. Only one chassis fan is detected correctly; the rest are set to 1400RPM and do not react to auto-tuning.

I am having this problem too, on my Z690 Extreme. One of the recent ArmouryCrate or FanXpert updates broke the 'Extreme Quiet' functionality on two of my 4 headers.

CHASSIS 1 and CHASSIS 2 still detect and allow 'Extreme Quiet' mode
RADIATOR 1 and RADIATOR 2 are now broken and do not allow 'Extreme Quiet' mode

BIOS changes (CMOS reset, reflash, retuning) have no effect, neither does a clean re-install of Armoury Crate + FanXpert. Definitely a software issue, since if I physically swap the fans arround (RADIATOR 1 <-> CHASSIS 1),  the problem remains- so it is not specific to the fans themselves. Older backups of my machine still work, but I cannot hold off updating forever.
