Hello,
I had problems with previous versions and they still continue with the new version.
My previous report of the problem on the closed post
I still continue with the error that the armory crate and armory wallpaper services are not installed or in my opinion there is no registry entry because the files and folders exist in the program files folder.

Which Windows are you currently using?
Are all drivers and the UEFI/BIOS up to date?
Since the problem already occurred with much older versions (you mentioned it was already with version 5.9.13.x) of ArmouryCrate, it almost looks like a problem with the Windows installation.
Also because uninstalling and reinstalling ArmouryCrate hasn't improved things so far.
Check C:\Program Files (CMD) (with admin privileges) and run the following commands one after the other:
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If any errors are found, they will be fixed.
You could also consider a clean install of Windows.
But back up your data FIRST and create a backup of your laptop using a backup tool (e.g., Acronis True Image Home, etc.) so you can restore it if necessary.
Data backup is always important.😉
