Power Saving in Armoury Crate stuck at 0,8w

Hello dear ROG-Community,

Since one week i have the issue that my armoury crate stucks at the power saving tab on the main page at 0,8 watt. I tried to reset the BIOS and then reinstalled windows but it didn't fix the problem. If I turn on the switch in the right corner it doesn't work neither. Drivers are all up to date and are downloaded originial from ASUS. Except this little issue that the monitoring stucks at 0,8 watt the system runs perfectly fine and stable. But it would be nice if i could monitor my cpu power consumption over armoury crate. I hope someone can help me.

hello, i think its a problem of armoury crate... yesterday i make an update of armoury crate but i also make bios update to 1709... from that point i got 0,8w too + i cant setup color of DDR (they are stuck on rainbow) any other parts, like fans, gpu, lian li cables etc i can control... but ddr still on rainbow... my opinion is last update of AC... cant believe that bios has anything with rgb, but we are both on version 1709....
But in HWmonitor you can see that cpu W value is working

update: maybe its caused by bios 1709. I tried instal kingstone fury control and i  cant control/see no ram... hope they will fix it

Hello. I was also having trouble with the same symptoms. I was able to solve this problem by setting the BIOS to 1602. I hope it will be updated to work on 1709 as well.

thanks... but i dunno how to downgrade FW, i think i will wait for new version of bios... i am upgrading(flashing) in bios over EZ flash

Same here, ever since 1709 and the most recent Armoury Crate, mine is stuck at 0.8w regardless of power usage or savings level.

and RGB on RAMs also a problem ? thanks

In fact, my RGB is not even listed for sync...and it is running rainbow instead of a static color.  I am not 100% positive, but I think it used to be the same static color as the rest of the items.

yeah, i think now its caused by bios. I had 1202 and everything works, i updated to 1709 and RGB on rams doesnt work, only rainbow effect even i cant turn off the light to switch to full black(no llight). i hope they will fix it asap

I can confirm that the problem is not solved in bios Version 1811. After bios update Armoury Crate show only 0,8w.
