Please update the device components to enable the anime matrix

My laptop is Asus G14 Rog Zephyrus with anime matrix , and i have armoury crate with update 5.8.6.0 and i can't reach anime matrix becouse of this alert .

what's the problem ?

I also have a G14 Alan walker edition and I am also getting the same issue.
i was able to resolve it by reinstalling the Aromor crate software, but that also removed my Alan Walker edition lights. which was sad but at least it was working.

But no again it has stopped, and even I want to know what to do.
What is the component?

Same error i am encountering, when i uninstalled and re-installed nothing changed too any update on this guys?

Theres No fix i think, I dont know why asus is sleeping on this issue ? Its been around for so long

Am I forced to uninstall and reinstall Armory Crate?
I will have to set my preferences again

I also have the same issue. I resolved it by uninstall ARMOURY CRATE and reinstalling with admin rights. Link to download me below. Good luck.

I fixed the issue by resetting the Armoury Crate in the app settings. Please remember to recheck the update center after the reset. I hope this helped. Thank you.
