Nvidia driver 591.44 breaks Armory Crate/Aura Sync

After updating Nvidia driver from 581.94 hf  to 591.44, Armory Crate no longer detects my graphic card (TUF 4070 Ti) and breaks Aura Sync, keeps searching aura devices indefinitely.

Rolling back to 581.94 hotfix fixes the problem.

There's a reddit thread about this: https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUSROG/comments/1peb45n/latest_nvidia_driver_update_interrupts_armoury/

Updates are available for Armoury Crate. After installing them, VGA detection works fine even with the new NVIDIA driver.

I've had the same problem. It's been a while since I've had these errors, but it's happening again. Every time the graphics drivers are updated, I have to pray nothing gets messed up. What can be done? Any solutions?

Rolling back to 481.94 hotfix driver fixes the problem

Thank so much for the advice. Because i`m already got into this error and reinstall Windows 11, all driver but don`t even think it`s all about NVIDIA update.

The current problem is caused by Nvidia driver version 591.44.

Uninstalling this driver and installing an older version resolves the issue.

Therefore, the problem is reproducible, and driver version 591.44 is the cause.

EDIT:

Correction:

ArmouryCrate is the problem because Asus has not yet implemented the announced changes in the Nvidia driver.

Exactly same here.

- Aura Sync is messed up completely

- GPU Tweak isn't start with boot anymore and couldn't open after the boot either

- GPU is missing in Armoury Crate devices list

As @MoKiChU writes, Asus is to blame for the problems with the current Nvidia driver.

It's been known for some time what Nvidia is adjusting and changing in its drivers, but Asus has clearly not incorporated these changes into Assassin's Creed.

There's already a beta version of GPU Tweak III that works with the current Nvidia driver.

Unfortunately, there's no such beta program for Assassin's Creed, and I can only hope that Asus addresses this as soon as possible.
