My rog Strix flare 2 animate wont install into armoury crate and i get error code 4151

My keyboard wont update to change the rbg and screen and i get the error code 4151 and says it cant update I've tried all the things in the forms but none of them have worked and i need help. Thanks

The ROG Strix Flare II Animate has two usb cables, make sure they're both connected directly to pc usb ports, you can use motherboard or case usb ports. 

If you still get the 4151 error, it might be worthwhile to reinstall Armoury Crate.

Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows, then reboot your pc. Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.9.1 and do the updates at the Armoury Crate update center.
