My Armoury Crate wont download

I had my pc Hard-Resetted few days ago, and yesterday i saw that something called armoury crate started to download on my pc, but the download bar of the armory crate doest move at all, like the downloading just stands at  either 0% or 10% and it doesnt matter for how long do i wait for it to download cus i waited yesterday for like 2 hours and it didnt move at all, today it only went up to 10% and stopped as shown in the screenshot, is there anything i can do about it for it to download?

It may be due to a network issue, so I would suggest restarting the download, and just give it even more time to finish downloading.

Not a network issue. Restarting has same results and i think 2h is enough time for download

Can you tell us a little more about your pc and what ROG devices you have?

It looks like it's using older installer. If you want to install Armoury Crate, you can try installing version 3.2.11.2. - Armoury Crate - Support

Armoury Crate will automatically update to 5.9.13.0

Hi I reported this problem on 11-11-2024. For me it came after windows update of 24H2. So I am on the list of which errors should be corrected. If you disable the automatic update of Armory Crate in the bios, you will avoid the hang until they have fixed the error.

Edit:  It's after a cold start that it doesn't work

i instaled version version 3.2.11.2. and everything looks like it worked, thanks for help

Does it work for you after a cold boot? Unplug the PC, wait 2-3 minutes before restarting, does it work then?

I dont know. I just used the link from Nate152 reply and it wokred for me
