Mother board problem armoury crate cant read or update

Hello Asus Team,

i have a problem with my Asus Rog G35CG Motherboard, the issue is that i have everything working 2 days ago then i formated my own pc and i had this issue which my armory crate cant read my motherboard and i cant update. i did uninstall the armoury crate twice but nothing changed i really want the help asap. @Nate152

Instead of formatting and doing a fresh windows reinstall, try using system restore or the recovery option in windows.

I already did but nothing changed too it keeps saying “ sorry we cannot finish the file installation please restart the system and retry error code : 4151” i restarted my pc i tried everything i did formatted my pc but i cant update or change the motherboard colors . Please help me or guide me on how to fix the update thing.

I've had updates in Armoury Crate with a red triangle. My experience with that is, give it a day and it should eventually update.
