MBDII update in Armory Crate?

What is the MBDII update in Armory Crate for? I couldn't find any information about it anywhere. I don't want to install something that I might not need.

the module is update for the core. that one is that windows WDL works ok with asus WDL compatible products. if you do not have one will not be active. for now having it does NOT affect anything. I do use it all the time since is part of updates on app so windows do ok.  (simple explanation)

yea, i cant use aura sync and creator with out updating the app like every week so its either update or have rainbow unicorn barf rgb
