Just bought the Asus ROG Strix z690-E Gaming WIFI. Don't want Armoury Crate

Is there an option to disable Armoury Crate? I can do without lighting on my MOBO.. What are my options?

There's OpenRGB software for lighting if you don't want AC and the ability to disable AC prompting in the bios.
There is also the possibility of buying a card from another manufacturer or a pro type card without rgb.
There is also the option of not installing paranoid software that automatically cleans up the system and breaks the balance of system management software.

You can uninstall it with the uninstaller tool from ASUS. Here is the link https://www.asus.com/supportonly/Armoury%20Crate/HelpDesk_Download/.

Just select your OS and download "Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool" and it should uninstall everything from armoury crate.

You can also go into the BIOS and set Aura OFF for no lights.
