Issues with Armoury Crate updates for z890 Extreme and ROG Delta II

I just checked for updates in the latest version of Armoury Crate and found 2. One for the z890 Maximus Extreme, one for the ROG Delta II.

The one of the Extreme mobo completed without issues, but when trying to access the 5 inch display section of the device in Armoury Crate now it tells me "Please visit the official website to update to firmware 107...". When I open the website, there is no firmware 107, only 106.

The ROG Delta II update fails no matter what I do. I have the headset connected via cable, turned off, dongle is connected but it just fails without further explanation. I tried Crate Gear, which first claimed the device needs to be charged above 30% (it has 95%). After a restart that went away, but the update fails in both Gear and regular Crate.

Any advise on this would be appreciated.

Just wanted to bump this up, if someone from ASUS could please tell me when to expect firmware 107 on the website. The armoury crate update won't let me access the Extreme's display because it wants a firmware that ASUS didn't release.

Likewise, any guidance on what could be the issue with the ROG Delta II firmware would be great, past updates worked without any issues.

I have already linked the page in this thread where you can find firmware 107.

This did solve the issue I had with the Extreme's display not being viewable in AC, though as mentioned in the other thread, the website on my computer just would not show 107 no matter which link I used.

Issues described above still persist, but a new firmware update for the Azoth Extreme worked without any issues in the meantime.

The issue with the Extreme is fixed but no matter what I do, the ROG Delta II update won't work. I just uninstalled AC with the ASUS uninstaller, installed everything again but still no dice.

Another thing, the new AC keeps asking me to register previously registered products (which are still showing in my account on the website and under devices) and only shows 3 products in the User Center.

Any guidance regarding how to get the latest firmware on the Delta II would be great, I've submitted the error report in AC multiple times now.

Edit: the update also fails in the AC Gear software for the Delta II

Edit 2: Starting to wonder if this is just an AC glitch, looks like the firmware that fails to update is already on the headset?

Since I haven't heard from you, I filed a report under the link you posted. Pretty time-consuming requirement, to be fair. Just for my understanding, is support here separate from official ASUS NA support?
