Hello,

I would like to report a technical issue that I am currently experiencing.
When I navigate to the "Devices" section and select my mouse, which is the TUF Gaming M3 Gen II, the screen turns completely black and displays nothing — no settings, no options, no information at all. It remains a blank, black screen without any response, no matter how long I wait or how many times I retry.

This problem is very frustrating because I am unable to configure or customize my mouse settings through the software as intended.
I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the software, reconnecting the device, and even reinstalling the application, but the issue persists.

It seems that the system fails to properly load the device's information or interface.
I am requesting urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as it is impacting my user experience significantly.
Please let me know if there are any recommended solutions, patches, or updates available to fix this bug.
