Installation Failed Error code:501

Armoury crate updates starting failing randomly a few weeks ago, denying me access to the fan controller, decided to uninstall and reinstall. Have been hit with this error code every reinstall since. I have tried all listed troubleshooting steps such as using the uninstall tool, installing windows c++, downloading the file listed on exact product page, trying on a different network, so on and so forth. Starting to get very irritated to the point of returning this motherboard, as this device depends on this software for updates and I have wasted hours of my life troubleshooting this. Mobo is tuf z790-plus WiFi

Same issue, specifically it is related to ucrtbase.dll causing the rogliveservice to constantly restart.

I have installed multiple versions of the .net 8.0.x core and desktop runtimes to no avail-something is very wrong with the new version.

I'm running into this on a Strix X670E-E.
