I have to resync my rgb to my motherboard every reboot [SOLVED]

I've been aimlessly trying to figure out why i have to resync the case rgb's to the mobo every single time i reboot or restart my computer. Surely this isn't supposed to happen? It's starting to really bug me. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I followed the instructions sent by support and generate a log file etc. however the google sheet isnt accepting responses so i have no idea what to do and figured this might help. I've exhausted all other options now. Montech won't respond to me at all.

I have the case fan controller/rgb thingo (from the case) plugged into RGB\_HEADER1 and ADD\_GEN 2\_1. The 2 x SATA cables are also plugged into the PSU.

The aura sync is set to ON in my BIOS. The mobo light strip syncs perfectly every time with aura sync... the case however, does not. Syncing isnt an issue, i can get it to sync just fine and everything works as expected and syncs lovely together but i shouldn't have to be syncing this every single time the computer powers off, surely?  Have a i got a dud case?

Specs:

ASUS Tuf Gaming B560m plus wifi

Montech King 95 Pro

Thermalright ARGB Black 360

Geforce Gigabyte RTX 3060

DDR4 32GB Silicone Power 3200 2 x 16GB

Intel i9-10900F

Corsair HX1000W 80 Plus (older model) - New PSU (not installed yet) Silver Stone DA850R Gold

Samsung 840 Evo 500 2.5"

Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

Edit: The issue was the fan/argb controller that came with the Montech king 95 Pro. I swapped it out for new controllers (different brand) and once installed it worked on first boot. Aura sync did its job and synced automatically with the controller.
