I cannot update or install some packages due to AacSetup.msi file missing in the package cache

Hi,

I uninstalled serveral time using the Uninistall tool and tried also the Full Installation, but I cannot install 

Asus  Windows Dynamic Lighting Plug-in
Asus HAL
Rog Strix Scope TKL

so my devices are not recognized and I cannot set any light.

Please help me. The Update Center seems to feel that the package is downloaded in the windows package cache (programData), but it is missing.

maybe I am solving.... I am simply searching the keys (ex. 4EBEAC95-76BC-46A8-8644-6E2F1C87CF70) that the installer is demanding into the windows registry (regedit). 
I find and delete these keys and now it seems working
