I can't control my tuf headset on AC!

I'M EXPERIENCED! Hello, I just bought my computer and headphones. but the armory crate app doesn't show my headset's control center ! I updated my drivers. I reinstalled windows but the problem is not solved please help me!!

my windows is up to date. my drivers are up to date. I uninstalled and reinstalled it didn't fix it. I've tried almost everything!
