How to read ASUS LOGe files ??

My failing armoury crate is generating LOGe files yet  they appear gibberish. Can only ASUS read these ?

i9-13900kf, Asus Rog Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi D4, Team Group PC4-28800c16 @3600, Seagate Firecuda 530 2Tb, 850W Seasonic PrimeTX.

The logs are meant to be read by ASUS only. To us, it just looks like a bunch of symbols.

so I can't check, which information i'm going to send?
Is this why, we can't install armoury crate a second time? So I have to send informations, I can't check?
Why can I install the program on every single user i just create, but after deinstall and try to install again get the same error (601)?
who is responsible for this bs?
and most important: how can i install armoury crate again?
