I made a fresh install of Windows 11 and most of my hardware was detected by Armoury Crate but my old Vega64 and my Kingston Fury Renegade RAMs.
This is what worked to me as fix:
Install Standalone version of Aura Sync Utility!

It makes Armoury Crate to recognize any missing hardware.
You can even remove it then install updates on Armoury Crate and RGB still works on all hardware!
