Just got my TUF GAMING B660-PLUS WIFI D4 motherboard installed the other day and then I installed Armoury Crate to get drivers and such fixed. So far, Armoury Crate has offered nothing but errors and weird bugs and anomalies. There's 3 specific drivers and this Device & Component update I cannot for the life of me get to be installed by Armoury Crate. And by the way, this seems to be far from an uncommon problem. For the love of god please FIX YOUR BROKEN SOFTWARE ASUS!
In the case of the drivers, when I download them it says they are completed and prompts me to restart computer, but when I do Armoury Crate says I have to install them again. And in the Device & Component update I can download everything except the one named after my Motherboard. When I click download the bar finishes and says download completed, but after a couple seconds it resets and shows an error message; 4152. This is completely infuriating
What can I do here? I've tried reinstalling the software but it still gets stuck in the same places. Any way I can solve this? Is there a better way to get these drivers and things updated without using this buggy and broken software?
These are the drivers that just won't install. Every single time it says they do and I just need to restart but then when I do this is what I get. This is driving me insane. If this is what I have to look forward to then I might stay clear of Asus products in the future. This problem seems to have existed for quite some time now so I don't have much faith in it getting fixed. Again. Is there any thing I can do to make this terrible software work or get those last drivers and updates from somewhere else? Thanks a lot!
