I just bought Delta 2 wireless headset. It won’t show up under devices in armoury crate. I will show up under aura sync so I can change the RGB but it won’t show in devices which will allow me to change the EQ and other settings
i downloaded a separate driver tool that allowed me to adjust the EQ. It looks just like armoury crate but only for the headset. Is there a way yo fix this so I can just use one software to control all my devices?

Hello CasualGunGuy
You may have an update at the Armoury Crate update center for your ROG Delta II.
At the bottom left of Armoury Crate click Settings, click Update Center.
To update your ROG Delta II.
1) Grab the usb-c to usb-a adapter from the box.
2) Connect the wireless dongle to the usb-c to usb-a adapter.
3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.
4) Connect the charging cable to your headset and a pc usb port.
5) Set the 2.4GHz wireless switch on the headset to Off.
6) Do the update in Armoury Crate.

I will try that unfortunately armory crate is having some issues every time I try to update it the software fails and gives me a network error.
I will give it another try and employ your methods and see if that helps at all, but I can’t really get anywhere if armory created itself won’t update

Ok, let me know how it goes.

I managed to get everything working. I just had to allow armory crate to update first before it would recognize the new device. I do have one final question. I am using the USB-C to USB A dongle adapter. Would there be any loss of quality using this adapter instead of just using the USB-C and going directly into my computer?

I haven't tested this, but I wouldn't think so.
I personally use the usb-c to usb-a adapter for the wireless dongle.
