Harper ace firmware update error

 Fail to update the firmware of my Harper ace Aimlab edition mouse after I upgrade the receiver to rog omini receiver , anyone know how to fix it ? #HarperAce

That would explain the error, as that's the current firmware and the one AC is claiming to want to update to.

Perhaps use the uninstall tool from the support page and see if it's still flagged upon reinstall.

Is the Harpe plugged into via the USB and in USB Mode?

yes,the update require me plug in with both USB cable and 2.4G dongle 

What firmware version is the Harpe currently on?

Check on the device > firmware tab.

If the Harpe is currently paired to an Omni Receiver, have you tried unpairing it and reattempting the update?

The current version is 7.00.03, Dongle version is 5.00.07, and I can’t unpairing it, if I did, I can’t connect to pc use 2.4G

what is AC means ? and do I have to uninstall armary creat ? 

AC is Armoury Crate, yes. You can find the Uninstall Tool  on the motherboard support page or here
