Harper ace firmware update error

Hello,

I just got the Harper Ace mouse today, It's flagging that there's an udpdate for the mouse which i've tried to update and fails everytime. I've tired via the Harpe app, I've downloaded it to do it manually, I getthe exact same error everytime.

-Ran the manual tool solo, error

I've installed the Harpe Application same error message

I've uninstalled the Harpe Application

-Reinstalled

Same thing... i'm running out of ideas.

Hello, sorry that you are experiencing issues with updating your device firmware.

Does the update start and fail halfway through, or are you unable to update at all? 

1. Please begin troubleshooting by performing a quick hardware reset by holding down left click + right click + middle mouse button + DPI button for a few seconds. The scroll wheel LED will flash green to indicate a successful reset.

2. Please try to disconnect and reconnect your mouse with its Omni Receiver in Armoury Crate (Gear).

3. Then ensure that you've tried using this link to initially update the Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition. You must use you mouse in wired mode, close Armoury Crate, and remove any other Omni Receivers other than the mouse's. If there are any errors, try reconnecting your device receiver a few times and waiting for a few seconds.

If this initial firmware update is successful, you can navigate back to Armoury Crate for further firmware updates. Please let me know if you run into further issues!
