GX502GW Armoury Crate

At the moment, the Aura Sync tab at the Armoury Crate App is not showing any compatible devices so I can't customize my keyboard lighting.

GameVisual is not changing my color profile even if I change to a new preset. Installing the older separate GameVisual App works but Armoury Crate asks to uinstall that app upon loading so I go back to square one.

How can I reset/reinstall both services?

I can' seem to find the installers in the asus website.

Hello I have the same problem
No chance to change any lightning anymore. I found in the event log this problem. All are related to C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase.dll
See log below. When I start Aura Creator I got a message about missing services. So I check lightning and ROG live services and they both are running.

Anybody any idea how to fix it?

I'm not been able to Install Armoury CRATE, Installation keeps failing with error Error Code 501. 
Any Advice?
