Getting to know Armoury Crate V6

We've received a number of questions and suggestions regarding the latest major upgrade for Armoury Crate. This threads was created so we can help answer some questions about the changes, and hear what you think about version 6.

Do not like this GUI at all. Temperatures increase of 20+ degrees. Move the System settings to it's own tab and bring the dials back to the Dashboard so we can see a better visual for temps. Return the AI overclocking feature. Bring back the Aura Smart setting. Extend the bar graphs below the dials so they are visible without scrolling. Forget about removing tools just to launch a web app for drivers, when all we had to do was select a download in the app.  I've had to roll back to previous version, until this one gets fixed.

Which temp increased by 20 degrees after updating Armoury Crate? Which laptop and are you comparing? Which power mode?

How do i access the "Eco", "Standard", and "Ultimate" GPU modes on the new armory crate update?
I'm using a Zephyrus G16 (2024) and I lost the mux switch with the new update how can i access it again?

Okay nvm I found the switch, why is it so deeply hidden this time tbh I liked its presence more on the home page as i frequent between the mux switch everyday as I use my laptop for my work and gaming both - I seek battery timing in morning time and performance after evening.

Overall, it's a huge improvement, I feel like you went from being a web app to native WinUI3, although, some customization would be nice for the Home page, for those who used it before.

I have a laptop G712LV and with the version 6, I could'nt change my operating mode

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Now that works.

there find the Armory Crate Uninstaller tool

Download and run that......it will uninstall your armory crate in proper way.......

Then go to this following website:

then scroll down and find this......

Armoury Crate Full Installation Package

then download it....its about 4gb.....

Run it.....just click on "Next"-->>"Next"

Install it......

How are we supposed to install our devices so we can manage them in Armoury Crate?
