getting started - falchion rx low profile on Mac

Hi! in the community! I am new to this type of forums and I am not familiar with gaming nor configuring gaming devices..

I just acquired a falchion rx low profile keyboard for home office work and personal use. (no gaming). I use a windows laptop for work and Mac for personal use. I am not allowed to download personal software on my work laptop,

I have downloaded and installed  the app: Amoury Crate gear for Mac. So far so good. My keyboard has been identified by the software via bluetooth.

When I modify the settings in the app (e.g. I customize a rgb profile, I don't know how to transfer it into the keyboard...

I would like as well to switch the insert and delete keys. Is this possible? and how?

Is there any user manual to download for first steps? Any support would be fantastic as my internet search doesn't provide answers.

After a series of trial and error I am a bit more advanced and found out most of the answers by myself.

In the software you can define up to 5 profiles and customize according to your preferences, however only one profile will be active on the keyboard.

Switching keys goes as follow: go to "Tasten" (German Software), select the key you want to modify, go to "Tastaturfunktion" hit the key that has the desired output in the initial layout.

I am still wondering how to customize all rgb scheme within one profile.
