G21CX aura kit update issue

1. When I try to update my G21CX Aura kit, it fails the update and when I hover over the update button it says: "Failed to download file. Please check the network connection and try again. (Error code: 1)"
2. PC, ROG G21CX
3. Aura Sync products - G21CX, ROG Gladius III Wireless, ROG Delta
4. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software - Urage m3chanical keyboard
5. Wired / wireless connection - wired for ROG Delta and Urage m3chanical keyboard / wireless for ROG Gladius III Wireless
6. Reinstalled Windows? Yes, 24th of November.
7. Windows version & build - 21H2 / 19044.1387
8. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected - I don't know the version, but it was updated before Windows reinstall
9. Any screenshots of the issue - in attachment
10. Use our log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics - sent by PM to MasterC@ROG

Hello, I've seen this issue before and the only way around it is using the ASUS Armory uninstall tool and reinstalling it again. It normally will fix that issue.

I've tried that 2 times already and it hasn't worked so yeah idk what to do now.
