FX507VV (2023) Keyboard RGB & Brightness Not Working After Update

Hi everyone,
I’m using an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507VV (2023) and recently after an Armoury Crate and driver update, the keyboard RGB and brightness stopped working completely.

FN + F2/F3 shows the brightness bar, but no lights appear on the keyboard.

Only a white flash appears during boot or sleep

RGB doesn’t respond to any mode or setting in Armoury Crate.

Keyboard doesn’t show in Aura Sync or Devices section.

LightingService is running, and I tried reinstalling both Armoury Crate and Aura Creator.

I also disabled ERP in BIOS and did full restarts (not fast boot).

Another friend with the same model has the same issue recently.
But another with a 4070 variant from the US has no issue, so this could be region-specific or update-related.

Is anyone else facing this? Any solution?

I have your problem.

I used the old version again.

I have stopped updating for now.

I changed the RGB lights with G-help. It works. But it doesn't change in armoury crate. The color changed in armoury crate only shows up after restarting or shutting down and turning on the computer.
Use G-help until an update is available. Otherwise, go back to the previous version.
I uninstalled armoury crate and went back to the previous version.
