For a month, ASUS has been issuing a broken build of the program.

I wrote a post four weeks ago when I tried updating ArmoryCrate. I tried a clean installation, but it didn't help, as the installer kept downloading the latest version. I have no chance to downgrade!
Since then, there's been no response from the admin of this forum, as it's the only means of communication regarding this program, and no fixes. The full catalog of crash dumps for the main service is ArmouryCrate.Service.exe.4312.dmp. Has anyone contacted me to investigate the issue? No.
ASUS is probably the only company whose main motherboard settings program is in this state. I'm not interested in your motherboard lights, which you're rushing to update first; I need a quiet, customizable system unit!

i can not detect any issues on the ac version 6.3.4.0 core for now. not on 24h2 or 25h2 public versions with and without ms account. (did test pre release channel and was ok, and  BETA DEV or CANNARY is not supported) 

But i did check some neutral  ecv ambienthall but does not impact the app on any way. 

I will keep checking on my free time and IF there is a issue on the core,  i will contact  them, as a  emergency action purposes that IMPACT ALL USERS globally. nothing else or from any other module. sadly i do not have all products at hand. 

Take note the full package IS NOT NEEDED UNLESS there is no internet to install the app. and once internet is added will update to the current version above mentioned. and sadly can be limited on some regions. 

I am also checking other area on GT3 and i send the report yesterday to be duplicated for 25h2 ONLY!

something else is causing the issue on your side.

I check the list on the forums and i can not see you name. report the issue and follow the guide so they can check what is the cause on you particular computer. If you follow the instruction to make a report and fill the google form it will reach. NO REPORT logs or google form, will reach nowhere and chat with NO reports send, will be overlook.

Well, first off. The thread was titled "Armoury Crate V6.2.X.0 / Aura Creator V4.2.3.0 [Report here if you encounter any issues]" and it's closed to new posts! There's a lock there ‌‌. This version is 6.3.

Secondly, users have been complaining for a month now, and I'm not the only one. The admins have stopped monitoring the forum; it's taking on a life of its own. Also, you can find a description of the problem at these links. I can try to provide you with logs, but keep in mind that the main service isn't working; it's shutting down with an error. Attempts to restart it result in an entry in the Event Log.

As one of the authors of the threads mentioned here, yes, I can confirm that Armoury Crate has been consistently crashing in the background since the update to 6.3.4.0.

I have reported it as a bug to ASUS Support in my country, but I obviously have no guarantee that the support rep there will forward my issue to the relevant team, and the bug reporting thread here is locked - you can't make any new posts.

I would be more than willing to provide screenshots and logs, but with that thread locked I've had to resort to making another thread here on the forum, to posting about it on Reddit.

The crashing pre-dates the 25H2 update - it has been happening on 24H2 also.
