FanXpert update issue

Crate said an update was available for FanXpert so I attempted to install it. After 1/2 hour it was still saying installing (seen screenshot). I exited Crate and then went back in. Crate stated everything was up to date.

Then I attempted to go into FanXpert and was presented with a blank screen. I rebooted and tried again and again a blank screen. Poking around in the system I found C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\RLSDownload\FrameworkServiceSetupSeparate\3_APP\8_13452\fanXpert. I ran Setup.exe as administrator, rebooted, and everything was fine.

Hope this helps anyone else that may have run into the same issue.

Asus: Please fix Crate's installation issues. Users should be able to install and update the software without jumping through hoops to do so.
