Error loading device ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI II in Armoury Crate

Hi, firstly I found when I setting bios Aura off when shutdown cofig will back to All on after I using Armoury Crate so I just found I can config shutdown effect from Youtube then I come back to try and after I click at menu device and select my ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI II program is loading so long and the show Page Error massage (H-5001)

Hi Nate152,

Your method actually work for my Z790 Maximus Hero. I Guess the official uninstaller tool from ASUS site does not clear everything including registry. Anyway thanks for sharing.

Yes! I tried with only uninstall from the search bar in Windows and did work. I guess they have to update their uninstaller app. Thx

That was all I had to do to get the motherboard page to show.

I'll suggest to try my steps again and install the version I listed.

Let's see if anyone else tries it and has success as I did.

I have just downloaded a new ROG Strix Z790-F update through Armory crate which has fixed the problem for me. I was about to uninstall and reinstall as per Nate152's advice but thought I would check one more time for any updates just in case. Looks like Asus fixed the problem quite quickly.
